A good reference book for professionals to have on their shelves
I gave it a five because it covered all of the key points of grief and loss. As a psychologist who works with individuals who have gone through this experience, I hear most if not all of the points explained in the book. It also points out that grief is very individualized and that is so true. I'm so glad the point was made that "getting over it" often pushes people to feel their sorrow and inability to just pick up and go is abnormal. I'll definitely put this on the reading list for those looking for a book that can help them accept their "new normal".
